Mark Haddad is a Licensed CA Hearing Aid Dispenser, and Audioprosthologist certified by the American Conference of Audioprosthology. He is a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California. He strives to establish a long-term relationship with each client and their family in order to educate them about hearing loss and the available treatments to improve hearing. Mark has over 26 years of experience in hearing aid manufacturing, and he is also the owner of Suncoast Hearing Aids & Repair Services and Suncoast Laboratories.
Anh Haddad is front office Office Manager. Having worked in the hearing aid industry for more than 27 years, she is passionate about helping clients hear well and delivering kind, friendly service. She is also the owner of Suncoast Hearing Aids & Repair Services and Suncoast Laboratories.
Duke Nguyen is Operations and Productions Manager of Suncoast Hearing Aids & Repair Services and Suncoast Laboratories. He oversees, designs, and controls the process of production.
Khoi Minh Hua is a Hearing Dispenser Trainee eager to help people in his community. He has a background working alongside ENT. Bilingual, Khoi is fluent in English as well as Vietnamese.
Quan Nguyen is the third team member of Suncoast Laboratories. Quan specailizes in producing and detailing hearing aid shells. Quan is also in charge of recieving, invoicing, and shipping earmolds.
